High Performance SIPs Home in Devon

The Goat Shed is a fabulous SIPs new build home in Otterton, Devon.

Built on a 0.5 acres plot in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) the structural insulated panel home is built in the style of a renovated barn.

SIPs designed and precision engineered at the SIPS@Clays factory in Skipton, then installed by the in-house installation team, the new home is finished with composite grey cladding and Bradstone Southwold Stone.

Building with SIPs provides a highly energy efficient home and The Goat Shed is no exception. EPC rated B, the new SIPs home has an Air Source Heat Pump, Heat Recovery System and Underfloor Heating.

The home has a double height galleried landing and bedrooms which is just one of the many benefits of SIPs construction.
