SIPs Bungalow In Lyme Regis, Dorset

A SIPs building system was the perfect choice for this 3-bedroom new build bungalow in Lyme Regis, Dorset.

Working closely with Jim Larcombe of ModArch, the SIPS@Clays team SIP-designed, fabricated and erected the contemporary home, which is in an Area of Natural Beauty (AONB) and built on a tight irregular shaped plot.

The SIPs structure incorporates two main rectangular block forms with mono pitch roof and a flat roof section which match the perimeter of the plot. This gives maximum space, and yet ease of build.
