Sustainable SIPs for Exclusive Development nr Harrogate

The SIPS@Clays team worked with property developer Fountainhead Ventures, to deliver this exclusive residential development in South Stainley, North Yorkshire. 

The nine high spec homes, which were SIPs designed, fabricated and installed by the SIPS@Clays, show case how a Structural Insulated Panel (SIPs) building system is the perfect solution for creating double height rooms that are left open to the eaves. The design flexibility of SIPs allows for dramatic features like the impressive structural gable glazing that floods the homes with natural light and provides a stunning feature to the new homes.
